  • Payload capacity: 10,000 lbs.
  • Ramps: Stand-up or slide-in ramps
  • Brakes: Electric brakes on both axles
  • Tie-downs: Multiple D-rings and stake pockets

Rental rates:

  • Daily: $190
  • Weekly: $750
  • Monthly: $2,500

Rates include basic tie-down equipment. A Security Deposit will be required.

Towing requirements:

  • Minimum tow vehicle capacity: 12,000 lbs. (trailer + load)
  • Brake controller: Required
  • Hitch type: 2 5/16-inch ball or pintle hitch
  • Electrical connector: 7-pin round

What do I need to rent a trailer?

A valid driver’s licence, an appropriate tow vehicle, and the required towing equipment are needed. We’ll confirm all requirements with you before pickup.

What are the towing requirements?

Your tow vehicle must have a minimum towing capacity of 12,000 lbs, a brake controller, a 2 5/16-inch ball or pintle hitch, and a 7-pin electrical connector.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A security deposit is required for trailer rentals. Deposit details will be provided when your reservation is confirmed.

What insurance is required to rent a trailer?

Insurance requirements will be confirmed prior to rental. Renters are responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements before taking possession of the trailer.

What rental periods are available?

Daily, weekly, and monthly rentals are available. Contact us if you need a custom rental period.

What are the pick up and return requirements?

Pickup and return times will be confirmed when your reservation is booked. Please return the trailer on time and in the same general condition in which it was received.

What happens if I return the trailer late?

If you expect to return the trailer later than the agreed return time, please contact H+L Trailer Rentals as soon as possible. Additional rental charges may apply depending on the length of the delay and availability of the trailer.
